New Daleville Community Day

On Saturday September 20th, Cochranville members were invited to the New Daleville section of Londonderry Township to participate in their community days and picnic. As the crew was preparing to leave the station the company was alert for an MVC on Route 41 south of Route 10. The crew quickly transitioned to Engine 27-1 and responded to handle the emergency. Once units clear, the crew set back up on Engine 27-2 and headed out to the event. While attending the community event crews spoke with the residents about fire safety, preparedness, and the functions of our company, The kids had a great time learning about the engine and getting the look from inside the unit. West Grove EMS was present as well to let them all see an ambulance. All involved enjoyed the afternoon, and the crew and members would like to thank the home owners association and Mike for inviting us to the event and providing a great lunch.
