The QRS reported that all occupants were out. Units arrived and handled scene safety and traffic control After an assessment of the situation, Ambulance 8 was recalled and PECO was notified that they would be needed on scene prior to the vehicle being removed. At this point, all units with the exception of the Rescue were released from the scene. Null's Towing arrived on-scene and staged with the rescue awaiting PECO's arrival. Once PECO arrived the power was de-energized, the vehicle was then able to be removed. The roadway was reopened and the rescue cleared the scene.
