Working Mobile Home - 600 Block of North Guernsey Road

Thursday, February 21st, 2013 at 2243 hours, the West Grove and Cochranville Fire Companies were alerted for a mobile home fire on the 600 block of North Guernsey Road in London Grove Township. Engine 27-2 responded at 2249 hours followed by Engine 27-5 at 2251 hours. Deputy 22 arrived on scene at 2253 with a well involved mobile home and established “North Guernsey Command.” Engine 27-2 arrived on scene at 2256. The engine crew pulled a line from Engine 22 and started an exterior fire attack. Engine 27-5 arrived on scene at 2258. The crew assisted in hand line operations and overhaul. Chester County Fire Marshals were called to the scene to investigate. The fire was placed under control at 2332 hours. All 27 units returned available by 0043 hours.
