Santa Tours - Cochranville
Saturday, December 10, 2011
Saturday, December 10th, 2011, at 1300 hours, members of the Cochranville Fire Company met at the firehouse with Santa to start their annual tour around town. Members filled up each piece of apparatus and started making their way through many of the developments and streets within our responding territory. In the late afternoon members headed back to the station to meet with their family’s for the annual fire company dinner. Thank you to the Calder family for preparing a great meal for us. Member’s children were able to have their pictures taken with Santa before returning to the streets for the rest of the trip around town. About 1800 hours, members got back onto the apparatus and continued the journey. Not long after 2000 hours, while heading back to the village to finish, most of the apparatus had to leave the tour due to a fire incident assisting the West Grove Fire Company, but Santa was able to finish with the QRS and Utility. We hope to see everyone again next year. More photos still to come ...
