Chester County Public Safety Training Facility Dedication - South Coatesville Boro

Wednesday, December 8, 2010 - On December 8th, 2010 the Chester County Commissioners held a kick off event at the new Chester County Public Safety Facility. This event is considered a milestone in the Fire, EMS, and Police Services. After many long years the Chester County Commissioners launched the Chester County Public Safety Training Facility project. They officially launched the project with a ceremony at the future Training Facility site on Modena Road in South Coatesville Borough across from the South Coatesville Borough Hall and adjacent to the Arcelor Mittal Resource Center (ARC). The work will begin in the spring of 2011 with completion scheduled for early 2012. This will truly bring a sense of unified training to the area and give Chester County Emergency Responders a place to call their own.
