Engine 27-5 Relocates to Oxford - Oxford

Tuesday, September 7th, 2010, at 0811 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company was alerted for Engine 27-5 to relocate to the Union Fire Company #1 of Oxford (Station 21) while all of their units were putting out a trash truck fire on the Route 1 bypass. Engine 27-5 responded at 0826 hours with a crew of four and arrived on scene at 0842 hours. At 0901 hours, Route 1 Command asked Chester County Fire Board to dispatch Engine 27-5 to respond to the fire scene. At 0911 hours, Engine 27-5 arrived on scene. The engine dumped one load of water, and then returned to Station 21 to continue to standby. Engine 27-5 returned available at 1014 hours. Units: Engine 27-5
