Three Car Collision in West Fallowfield - Route 41 and Friendship Church Road

Monday, June 14, 2010, the Cochranville Fire Company, Medic 94 and an Ambulance from the Christiana Community Ambulance Association were dispatched to Route 41 and Friendship Church Road for an auto accident reported serious. Chief 27 and Engine 27-1 went enroute at 17:13, followed by Rescue 27 at 17:15. Upon Chief 27's arrival, three vehicles were found to be blocking the roadway with all occupants out. The crew from Engine 27-1 assignment depower the vehicles, hazard control and work on patient care when they arrived at 17:15. Chief 27 assumed "Route 41 Command." Additional Fire Police from Parkesburg, Christiana, Atglen and Cochranville were dispatched to help with traffic control. At 17:47 "Route 41 Command" was terminated, all 27 units returned available and fire police opened the roadway.
