Training on UTV 27

On Monday night, February 20th, the members of the Cochranville Fire Company took advantage of the mild February weather and trained on operating UTV 27.

UTV 27 is designed to operate on brush and field fires as well as having the capacity to transport ems patients out of remote areas.

Recently, we purchased a new, tandem axle trailer, which will be equipped with an equipment box on the front for hauling other equipment necessary for these types of incidents. This trailer allows us to transport UTV 27 to scenes while loaded, creating less delay in service.
