STEP UP and Lead @ Twin Valley High School

Saturday February 4th members from the Cochranville Fire Company attended a seminar on organizational leadership at Twin Valley High School.

The Honey Brook Fire Company #1 hosted Kearny New Jersey Fire Department’s retired Deputy Chief and Author Frank Viscuso. Deputy Chief Viscuso presented his Step Up and Lead seminar to an audience of over 200 fire personnel from multiple counties.

Deputy Chief Viscuso’s focus on stronger and more positive leadership and teamwork traits within the fire service was a big takeaway for our members. These techniques also readily apply to the work place and in day to day life.
