We were requested by the Avondale Fire Company to provide stand-by coverage while their members attended funeral services for one of their life members, Wallace “Gene” Bessicks.
Engine 27-1 with a crew of five covered the fire district.
While on stand-by, the engine crew ran a medical assist and an auto accident.
