Assisting Oxford with Entrapment - Route 1 Bypass at Route 10

Friday, May 28th, 2010 at 0900 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company was alerted for Rescue 27 to assist the Union Fire Company #1 of Oxford on an Auto Accident with Entrapment on the Route 1 bypass at Route 10.
Rescue 27 responded at 0909 hours with a crew of six and the Assistant Chief following behind.
Chief 21 assumed "Route 1 Command" and 0908 hours.
Extrication was complete at 0933 hours.
The rescue crew assisted with extrication, controlling hazards and equipment clean up.
Rescue 27 returned available at 0945 hours.
