Saturday, September 25th, 2010 the Gap Fire Company held their 100th Anniversary Celebration. Engine 27-2 traveled from Cochranville to Gap to be on display in the apparatus showcase. Throughout the day there was merchandise available for purchasing, food, children’s activities, memorabilia displays, video presentations and much more. A formal ceremony started at 2pm. This also included the housing of their new 2010 Pierce Rescue Engine. Units: Engine 27-2
