Assist the Pomeroy Fire Company with a House Fire - 30 Block of Lyons Lane

Saturday, January 30th, 2010, at 1117 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company’s Engine 27-5 was alerted along with Martins Corner Engine 34-5, Christiana Lancaster County's Tankers 5-2-1 and 5-2-2 and West Bradford Tanker 39 for the first alarm tanker task force to assist the Pomeroy Fire Company on a working house fire on the 30 block of Lyons Lane in East Fallowfield Township. Engine 27-5 responded with six at 1124 hours. They arrived on scene at 1136. Engine 5’s crew assisted with fire suppression and overhaul, while the engine was used to fill Westwood Fire Company’s Engine 44-5. "Lyons Lane Command" placed the fire under control at 1230 hours. At 1242 hours, the Cochranville Fire Company’s Rescue 27 was also alerted to respond to the scene to fill air cylinders. Rescue 27 arrived on scene at 1258 hours. Engine 27-5 was released from the scene at 1342 hours as well as Rescue 27 at 1349 hours. Units: Engine 27-5 and Rescue 27
