Local Garage Fire
Thursday, January 21, 2016

January 21st at 4:44 pm the Cochranville Fire Company along with units from stations 8, 21, & 22 were dispatched to 1087 Gap Newport Pike for a building fire. Upon Engine 27-2's arrival Captain 27 reported heavy black smoke showing from the building. Engine 2's crew made entry to the building and extinguished the majority of the fire. Other units arrived and assisted with ventilation and removing all salvageable items from the building.
